Adopt this year’s Easter gift from the Fort Worth Zoo

FORT WORTH, Texas – Looking for an alternative to the traditional wicker basket loaded with sugar and trinkets? Animal “adoptions” are a great Easter gift for anyone! The Fort Worth Zoo’s adoption program allows you to give a package of distinctive goodies, with a twist. In addition to receiving some special mementoes, you’ll contribute to the care and feeding of your loved one’s favorite Zoo animal for an entire year.
This year’s “adoption” packages include two enchanting Easter selections:
Essential Easter - $60
Each basket includes:
• $50 adoption
• Personalized Adoption certificate
• Animal fact sheet
• One-year subscription to Zoo publications

Easter basket filled with:
• Signature milk chocolate elephant
• Elephant, chimpanzee or cheetah stuffed plush

Eggtastic Easter - $100
Each basket includes:

Because we have a limited number of ostrich eggs, there are only 15 “Eggtastic Easter” packages available for purchase. Eggs were hand-painted by local artists and no egg is exactly alike. Because of the delicate nature of the ostrich eggs, this package is only available for pick-up and will be ready starting April 1, 2009.
