Registration Information
Fort Worth Zoo Members receive priority registration
for education programs when they submit their completed registration
and emergency health forms to the Education Department.
Members must include their valid Membership Identification
Number on the registration form to be verified for current eligibility.
Zoo Members completed forms are processed first on a daily
basis instead of by a specific priority deadline. Zoo staff stamp
the date and time of receipt on the forms as they are received by
the Education Department. Program registrations are processed daily.
If you want to register to attend a session with one or more
other participants, please write the names of all participants on
all forms and mail, fax or bring all forms together. Every effort
will be made to grant your request but it cannot be guaranteed.
We will call you if the requested session for the group is full.
The registration and emergency health forms are required
for each participant. Be sure to complete each section of the form.
You may make additional copies of the form for additional participant
registrations. If any information is missing, your registration
and emergency health forms are returned and are not processed
until all information is completed. Be sure to complete the emergency
health form information along with the registration form.
List your session choices in numerical order of preference. If
your first choice is full, we go to your next choice. List as many
options as your schedule allows. If all of your selections are full,
you are automatically placed on a waiting list.
Complete the payment section of the registration form. The Zoo
accepts cash, money orders, checks or credit cards, VISA, MasterCard,
American Express and Discover. If payment is made by credit card,
include the credit card number, expiration date and the name on
the credit card. The Zoo does not accept temporary checks.
Once your completed forms are processed, you are mailed a receipt
of payment and two parking passes per session. An information brochure
is mailed to parents for children's programs.
All programs are subject to change.
Refunds and Class Changes
Full refunds are given if a request is made 30 days before the session
start date. Requests for refunds must be made in writing and mailed,
faxed or brought to the Education Center.
No refunds, in any amount, will be given if a session is cancelled
less than 30 days before the session start date.
Session change requests must be received 14 days prior to the class
start date. Requests for a session change must be made in writing
and mailed, faxed or brought to the Education Center. Parking passes
for the new session date may be picked up at the Education Center
or will be mailed if a self-addressed, stamped envelope is included
with the request.
No session changes will be made less than 14 days before the
session start date.
